The certification is an important step in assuring that customers continue to receive the optimum quality and service from Gulfnet, it said.

The ISO certification is based on quality management principles including strong customer focus, process approach, and continual improvement and review. Gulfnet received the certification after the successful completion of the recertification audit of all its departments by an accredited third party auditing organisation, said the statement.

The company’s recognition demonstrates its commitment to applying the highest quality control measures across its operations, it said.
