Sign up to attend film screenings at Warehouse421, in collaboration with Cinema Akil. Central Market is a 2014 Bahraini short directed by Saleh Ness about a boy who spends his afternoons in a market carrying groceries. He discovers a way to make cash: by trying to milk a goat. The 2015 feature film El Clásico, directed by Halkwat Mustafa, is a love story in which Alan and his brother take a risky trip from Iraqi Kurdistan to Spain to meet footballer Cristiano Ronaldo in an attempt to impress Alan’s girlfriend’s father, who is a devoted Real Madrid fan.
