Best Buy Black Friday 2016 Deals: PS4 And Xbox One Bundle Sales, $199 49" Toshiba 4K HDTV, Galaxy S7 Discount And More

Top retailer Best Buy has announced its Black Friday deals for 2016, and they include discounts on some of today’s hottest technology items, including PS4 and Xbox One bundles, a $199 49″ Toshiba 4K HDTV and more. The retailer has also announced its official store hours for Black Friday, including those for Thanksgiving Day and the weekend following Black Friday.

Most of the nation’s largest retailers, have either announced their Black Friday deals and bargains, or the details on their annual sales have leaked online via copies of official flyers. One of the biggest, Best Buy, has now joined the fold, releasing a massive 51-page flyer with hundreds of top technology and electronic items on sale.

Hottest Best Buy Black Friday Deals

Our pick for the best deal of the bunch is the Toshiba 49-inch 4K Ultra HD TV for $199.99. The regular retail price for this set is $449.99, giving customers who manage to cash in on the deal a savings of $250. $200 for a 4K HDTV of that size is an outstanding price, and beats any of the Black Friday deals we’ve spotted so far from Best Buy competitors on similar quality TVs. Note that this is a doorbuster deal which means items will be available in limited quantities. Store employees will be on hand to distribute tickets to those lined up prior to store opening.

Other bargains include discounts on Apple products, including $200 off the retail price of the latest MacBook Air, and $125 off all 9.7 inch iPad Pro configurations. Shoppers in search of a new flagship smartphone can score a free $250 Best Buy Gift Card as well as a free Samsung Gear VR on a Samsung Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge when purchasing either device on an installment billing plan.

Best Buy’s gaming console deals include Microsoft’s Xbox One S 1TB Battlefield 1 Special Edition Console Bundle in Military Green for $299, a savings of $50, and Sony’s PlayStation 4 Uncharted Bundle for $249, also a $50 savings, plus two free games. While Best Buy’s bundles offer some decent discounts, they still don’t compete with some already announced by Dell and Kohl’s.

Best Buy Black Friday Weekend Store Hours

Best Buy also announced its store hours for the Black Friday weekend. All stores will open at 5 PM on Thanksgiving Day, and stay open until 1 AM on Black Friday, Nov. 25, when it will close and then reopen at 8 AM. Stores close on Black Friday at 10 PM, and will be open on Saturday, Nov. 26 from 9 AM through 10 PM and on Sunday, Nov. 27 from 11 AM until 8 PM. Note that some stores located in malls will have their hours adjusted according to mall opening and closing times, and due to laws in Maine, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Best Buy stores in those states will not be open on Thanksgiving Day.
