Damac Properties on Thursday announced the launch of Akoya Manarola, a collection of colourful villas directly facing the international golf course in its Akoya Oxygen development project in Dubai.
Inspired by the charming village of Manarola on the Italian Riviera, the community features three-bedroom villas costing AED2.3 million.
Damac said in a statement that Akoya Manarola villas will go on sale on Tuesday.
Ziad El Chaar, managing director, Damac Properties said: “We are very delighted to launch Akoya Manarola villas in the heart of Akoya Oxygen, and surrounded by the greens of an international golf community.
“For the first time ever in Dubai, this unique concept of homes fulfils the aspirations of an important segment of home buyers, who are increasingly seeking homes that express their individuality and passion for all things innovative.
“With the unique design of the villas, which distinctively incorporate floor to ceiling windows that allow for plenty of sunshine and scenic views of the open spaces and green fairways, residents of these properties will also enjoy a contemporary and relaxed style of living,” added El Chaar.
He said buyers will also enjoy the added benefit of plot title deed with their home, for complete ownership and freedom.
Akoya Oxygen is a 55-million sq ft master development that will be home to the 18-hole championship golf course by Tiger Woods Design.
