Dubai's police commander dies after heart attack

Dubai’s police chief, Lieutenant General Khamis Mattar Al Mazeina, has died and will be buried on Friday, Dubai Media Office has announced.

Al Mazeina, General Commander of Dubai Police, died on Thursday night in Rashid Hospital after suffering a heart attack.

He became the General Commander of Dubai Police in 2013, succeeding Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim.
