Planning and engineering firm SSH has been awarded the contract to design Eagle’s Hills new Marassi Boulevard scheme in Bahrain, it said on Thursday.
Eagle Hills is a division of Mohamed Alabbar’s Emaar Properties. Its proposed Marassi Boulevard comprises four low-rise residential buildings ranging from seven to ten floors.
The scheme includes more than 240 homes in total, from studios to three-bedroom apartments, and 700 square metres of retail.
SSH has won the full design contract for the scheme, which is located within Marassi Al Bahrain, a new waterfront development in Bahrain.
Daniel Hammond, general manager of Eagle Hills Bahrain, said: “We wanted residents to experience metropolitan living that suits a range of tastes, budgets and requirements, while retaining a sense of shared community.”
CEO Bob Hope said: “Marassi Boulevard is an exciting addition to the Marrassi Al Bahrain area.
“We see ourselves as the only regionally based architects and engineers, delivering international standards, and are excited to have contributed to the growth of the impressive Marassi Al Bahrain community.”
