The tower’s design, led by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, integrates state-of-the-art sustainable technologies to meet the rigorous standards of the International Living Future Institute’s (ILFI) Zero Carbon Certification.
Key features of Forbes International Tower include a solar-panel-covered rooftop, automated HVAC systems, and biophilic design elements that improve air quality and bring natural elements indoors. The building also aims to achieve Platinum LEED certification, further solidifying its status as a beacon of green architecture.
