Dubai once again became a hub for celebrating business excellence as industry leaders gathered at W Dubai – The Palm for the Entrepreneur Middle East Leadership Awards 2025. Among the standout honorees was Faruh Kurbanov, Co-Founder of DIA Holding, who received the Real Estate Leader of the Year award — a recognition of his growing influence on the region’s development landscape.
The annual awards highlight executives who have demonstrated innovation, strategic leadership and industry impact. Kurbanov’s win reflects his role in shaping DIA Holding into a cross-border development group active in the UAE, Kazakhstan and Spain, and his commitment to responsible, forward-thinking real estate development.
Under Kurbanov’s leadership, DIA Holding has evolved into a diversified ecosystem that integrates construction, residential development, hospitality concepts and long-term community planning. His approach emphasizes transparency, strategic discipline and a value-based philosophy that positions real estate as a tool for improving quality of life — not just expanding square footage.
In Kazakhstan, DIA Holding built a strong foundation by delivering more than 20 residential complexes and several community-focused projects such as educational institutions, a student campus, childcare facilities and a large public park. The company also expanded its operational capability through an industrial division supporting the construction sector.
In the UAE, DIA Holding has strengthened its presence with a clear, investor-oriented development model.
