Google is rumored to launch its Android Wear 2.0 beta build on Feb. 9, and now an image of LG Watch Style has leaked on Twitter, which will come running on the latest OS.

It is speculated that LG intends to launch two smartwatches – the LG Watch Style and the LG Watch Sport in the near term.

The latest leak comes courtesy of well-known leakster Evan Blass who goes by the Twitter handle @evleaks. The leaked image of the LG Watch Style shared by Blass reveals that the LG Watch Style will be offered in two attractive hues – Rose Gold and Silver.

Even though no announcements on the purported Android Wear 2.0 powered LG smartwatch was made by the company during the CES 2017, it is speculated that the wearable will be introduced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017.

Both Google and LG have reportedly collaborated for new smartwatches and are expected to announce wearables that will deploy the Android Wear 2.0. The LG Watch Style is said to boast a circular display per older rumors.

Jeff Chang, Android Wear product manager, announced that along with LG Watch Sport and LG Watch Style, Google will be releasing two Android Wear 2.0 smartwatches which will be its first smart wear products to come preloaded with the latest version of the OS.

According to previous reports, the LG Watch Sport and LG Watch Style are expected to be introduced on Feb. 9. The smartwatch will apparently hit the U.S. shelves a day later and the rollout of the LG smartwatch for the other regions shall take place by March.

LG Watch Style Specs

The LG Watch Style is the smaller of the two smartwatches from the company. According to leaks, the wearable will sport a 1.2-inch P-OLED circular display (360 x 360). It shall come with 512 MB of RAM, a 240mAh battery and an internal storage of 4 GB.

It is also expected to receive the IP67-certification and will be 10.8mm thick. Unlike the LG Watch Sport, the LG Watch Style will not be pack in features like NFC, mobile data, GPS, and a heartrate sensor. The device, however, will be connectable via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Both the LG Watch Style and the LG Watch Sport are expected to have a digital crown button which shall be similar to the Apple Watch. This digital crown button will make the navigation process quite easy. It is also expected to feature Google’s AI, Google Assistant.

The LG Watch Style could deploy a Qualcomm processor which could be either a Snapdragon Wear 2100 or Snapdragon Wear 1100.

The price for the LG Watch Style is not known, but it is assumed that LG Watch Style will likely be cheaper in comparison to the LG Watch Sport.
