Makkah Boosted by SR831 Million Commercial Center Development

A major expansion in Makkah’s commercial infrastructure is underway with Alandalus Property Co. launching a significant new project valued at SR831 million ($222 million). The Saudi real estate firm has commenced the construction of a large-scale commercial center in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, covering an area of over 50,650 square meters.

This ambitious development will feature 350 rental units designed to cater to a variety of needs. The project plans to include showrooms, retail spaces, hypermarkets, entertainment zones, and dining areas, providing a comprehensive commercial hub for residents and visitors. Additionally, the center will offer parking facilities capable of accommodating up to 1,800 vehicles, addressing the increasing demand for parking in the area.

The development is poised to enhance the commercial landscape of Makkah, offering significant opportunities for businesses and contributing to the local economy. It reflects Alandalus Property Co.’s commitment to expanding commercial infrastructure in key urban centers and supporting economic growth in the region.

The project aligns with broader efforts to modernize and expand commercial facilities in Makkah, enhancing the city’s appeal as a business destination and improving the quality of services available to the public. This development is expected to stimulate local commerce, create job opportunities, and attract further investment into the area.

With construction now underway, the project is anticipated to make a substantial impact on the region’s commercial environment, marking a significant milestone in Makkah’s ongoing development and modernization efforts.
