Holiday shoppers eyeing tech devices from Microsoft will be pleased to learn that the company’s annual 12 Days of Deals promotion is back to lure consumers.
So, if one missed out on the Cyber Monday and Black Friday specials on the Xbox One or Surface Pro 4, this is a great period to snag some discounts.
“Whether you prefer to skip the madness of Black Friday and Cyber Monday or just like to take your time buying holiday gifts, our 12 Days of Deals holiday sale has you covered. With great savings on some of the most sought-after gifts of the season, our limited-time offers put everything they want within reach — and within budget,” notes the company.
For the unfamiliar, Microsoft offers a different deal each day — which is valid only for that day — during its 12-day promotion period. Deals on offer range from discounts on Xbox One games to savings on PCs.
Microsoft kicks of its annual shopping extravaganza on Monday, Dec. 5, and the doorbuster deals from the company will be available from the Microsoft Store — both online and physical locations — till supplies last. The Microsoft promotion will end on Dec. 16, but shoppers have plenty of new and exciting deals to look forward to each day.
We not only check out the discounts Microsoft will offer consumers on the Surface Pro 4 and Xbox One as part of its 12 Days of Deals promotion, but clue you in on which days to watch out for.
Surface Pro 4
If a Surface Pro 4 is what you’re after then mark your calendars for Friday, Dec. 16. On the last day of its 12 Days of Deals promotion, Microsoft will offer those purchasing the 12.3-inch device with 4 GB of RAM and a type cover a savings of $159.99.
Moreover, if a customer is the first one in line at their local Microsoft Store, they get a gift card worth $50.
Microsoft is also offering a discount of nearly $200 on select models of the Surface Pro 4. It is also throwing in a free Type Cover.
“Save up to $200 on select Surface Pro 4, plus get a free Type Cover (up to $359 value),” notes Microsoft.
Xbox One
Those who already have an Xbox One can check out the deal on offer on Wednesday, Dec. 7, as select titles will be discounted up to 50 percent. Xbox One games will be available for as little as $19.99 on this day.
Xbox One lovers can also look forward to Sunday, Dec. 11, as they will be able to save $120 on specific “Xbox One consoles (500 GB) at your local Microsoft Store that day, available for $179.”
Those hankering for an Xbox One can check out the Microsoft Store on Monday, Dec. 12, and on the purchase of select Xbox One consoles save some dough.
“Save $50 and get 2 free games with select Xbox One consoles, plus save big on Xbox accessories and games,” per the company.
Any Caveats?
One will only be able to avail a deal till supplies last on the day of the deal. One cannot check for stocks over the phone or get a product held. The Microsoft offer is only valid at the Microsoft Store and the deals become available each day during the 12-day period from 12 a.m. PT online or Microsoft’s in-store doorbusters.
