Bench said statements of Sharif family are contradictory.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan on Thursday has directed Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) lawyer Makhdoom Ali Khan to satisfy the hearing bench over his statements.

A five-member larger bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa resumed Panama Leaks case hearing. Other judges in the bench include Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan.

During the hearing, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa remarked that PM said his life is an open book but some pages of this book have vanished.

Justice Ejaz Afzal said there are two stances in the case, one is right and the other one is wrong. He said statements of Sharif family are contradictory.

Meanwhile, PML-N lawyer said Nawaz Sharif was never a share holder of Dubai factory.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) lawyer said that basic investment for Jeddah Steel Mill was taken from the sale of Dubai Steel Mill.

He said there is an inconsistency in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan’s verbal words and petition.
