The bench has directed to bring comprehensive record of Hudaibiya Paper Mills.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday has adjourned the Panama Leaks hearing till Tuesday and summoned Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

A five-member larger bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa conducted the hearing. Other judges in the bench include Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan.

During the proceeding, the bench has directed to bring comprehensive record of Hudaibiya Paper Mills.

Salman Akram Raja submitted the record regarding Minerva Services including profit’s invoices.

The judges  remarked: “London flats are matter of billions but you (defence lawyer) are saying that plaintiff has failed to provide the evidence. You also argue that you don’t have any further documents.”

Salman Akram Raja said that there is no offence in Panama Leaks case therefore, there is no need to form commission.

The arguments of Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz’s lawyer have been completed.
