The Terrace is an innovative design in marine engineering. Designed and built in Finland, it was then shipped in eight pieces to the Arabian Gulf and lowered on to piling sunk into the seabed. Wam

The architectural form of the Terrace has been designed to reflect the shape of Burj Al Arab, linked by a central walkway and flanked with beaches and private cabanas on either side, it gives the effect of a stylised tropical forest canopy. Wam

For an annual fee of Dh100,000, members of the leisure club on the Terrace, will be able to enjoy unlimited access to two swimming pools, private cabanas with butler service, restaurants and bars. Wam
