Social media giant Snapchat has joined forces with Kuwaiti advertising tech startup OptimizeApp in a strategic partnership designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This collaboration aims to revolutionize digital advertising for SMEs by providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive in the competitive online landscape.

OptimizeApp’s user-friendly platform simplifies the process of creating, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns across leading social media channels, including Snapchat itself, alongside Meta, TikTok, and Google. This integration ensures SMEs can reach their target audience effectively without getting bogged down in the complexities of managing campaigns on multiple platforms.

The partnership leverages the strengths of both companies. Snapchat boasts a highly engaged user base in the MENA region, with Snapchatters in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) reportedly opening the app a staggering 45 times a day. This presents a significant opportunity for SMEs to connect with potential customers on a platform they actively use. OptimizeApp, on the other hand, brings its expertise in simplifying advertising for SMEs. Their platform caters specifically to the needs of this segment, offering localized interfaces, payment options, and account management features.

Bader Alkazemi, Founder and CEO of OptimizeApp, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We’re excited to partner with Snapchat in our mission to empower thousands of SMEs across the MENA region. OptimizeApp’s platform offers a comprehensive and fully localized solution, addressing the needs of SMEs at every stage of their digital advertising journey.”

Hussein Freijeh, Vice President of Snap Inc. in the Middle East and North Africa, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the immense potential of the partnership. “We are delighted to join forces with OptimizeApp,” he said. “Through partnerships like these, we believe we can significantly help SMEs reach a wider audience on our platform and achieve tangible results for their businesses.”

By combining Snapchat’s engaged user base with OptimizeApp’s user-centric advertising solutions, this collaboration aims to bridge the gap for SMEs in the MENA region. It empowers them to navigate the digital advertising landscape with greater ease, unlocking new avenues for growth and brand awareness. The partnership reflects a growing trend in the social media industry – a focus on empowering smaller businesses to leverage the power of these platforms and compete more effectively in today’s digital marketplace.
