Sudan's President arrives in UAE, received by Mansour bin Zayed

ABU DHABI // Sudan’s President Omar al-Bashir arrived in the UAE Saturday on an official visit to the country.

At the Presidential Flight, he was received by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and was accorded official reception.

At the VIP Hall, Sheikh Mansour welcomed the Sudanese President and his accompanying delegation. They exchanged cordial talks and discussed the existing bilateral relations between the UAE and Sudan. They also discussed the importance of enhancing ties in the best interests of the two countries’ fraternal peoples.

Among those who were also present Sultan bin Saeed Al Badi, Minister of Justice and head of the honorary mission accompanying the Sudanese President, and Humaid Al Neyadi, Deputy Director of the Office of the Minister of Presidential Affairs, reported Wam, the state news agency.
