UAE weather: Hot and hazy with temperatures up to 43°C

Hot and hazy weather is forecast over the country on Sunday, with partial cloud cover at times over some areas.

The cloud amounts will increase over eastern areas with a chance of convective formations by the afternoon, according to the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology.

The wind will be light to moderate, and will freshen at times stirring up dust.

High temperatures along the coast are expected with a maximum of 38°C and low of 31°C, and a range of 43°C to 29°C is forecast further inland.

The centre also expected that the relative humidity will increase during the night with a chance of fog over some areas.

The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and moderate in the Oman Sea. ​
