Ramlalla Virajman in Ayodhya is still at the makeshift temple. Tomorrow, on January 19, He, in the form of a 9 inch idol has been reported to be shifted to His new abode still under-construction, just to be reduced to occupy secondary place in front of the 51-inch RSS-VHP-BJP’s make idol, which is reportedly to be brought into the sanctum sanctorum on January 18, which would acquire the status of the deity after “Pran Pratishtha” on January 22, intended to be given the primary status.
Since, Ramlalla Virajman is already there in the form of “9 inch idol” being continuously worshipped, He does not need any “Pran Pratishtha”, and hence His primacy is to be continued and will be worshiped as usual only until January 22, when His divine and legal rights will be usurped by a new bigger idol of 51 inch of RSS-VHP-BJP’s make. The usurpation of Ramlalla Virajman’s seat and the abode, will be done in a consecration ceremony of the new idol, which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. From then onward, the Ramlalla Virajman would be reduced to merely an ‘Utsav idol’, which means only on festive occasions, religious rituals would be performed for Him. Additionally, He will not get permanent seat in his own abode, since He will be kept movable. Permanent unmovable seat will be provided to the new RSS-VHP-BJP’s make idol, and from January 22 onwards, he (pardon me for writing ‘he’, since the idol is still not the deity the God which prevents me to write in capital letters as He)will be chiefly worshipped, not our Ramlalla Virajman.
It is a trespass not only in the house of Ramlalla Virajman, but also on his seat by another idol of RSS-VHP-BJP’s make, and also on all perceivable divine and legal rights of Ramlalla Virajman. Has RSS-VHP-BJP clan any right to usurp and trespass the abode of Ramlalla Virajman, who has now even legal decree from the Supreme Court of India?
The Supreme Court of India had given the decree and the land in favour of Ramlalla Virajman, the 9-inch idol, not to any other abstract idea of “Ram”. Therefore, no organization and individual on even the highest seat of power has any right to do injustice to HIM, who had won the battle for his abode. The Supreme Court of India was clear in its judgement that has not given utmost respect that human being can give to the divine and legal rights of the Ramlalla Virajman in the form of the 9-inch idol.
It should be recalled how the four top Hindu seers, the four Shankaracharyas, have already denounced the way Ram Temple in Ayodhya is being inaugurated in violation of the Sanatan Dharma Shastras. Since, Pran Pratishtha is being performed on another idol of RSS-VHP-BJP’s make, that too when there is no auspicious time or the right muhurta for the rituals, that too in a structure under construction not appropriate for the griha pravesh (house warming) of anyone, what to talk about a deity like Ramlalla Virajman, or even the RSS-VHP-BJP’s new Ramlalla idol, the Seers and many apolitical saints have denounced the consecration ceremony as political event, and are not participating in it.
RSS-VHP-BJP clan and their leaders are obviously befooling the entire country in general and Hindu devotees of Ramlalla in particular in the name of “Pran Pratishtha”, obviously for perceived political benefit in the forthcoming Lok Sabha Election 2024, since our Ramlalla Virajman does not need HIS “Pran Pratishtha” on account of HIS being a living deity.
It should also be kept in mind that the final verdict on the Ram Janmabhumi-Babri Masjid was delivered in November 9, 2019 by the Supreme Court of India had Ramlalla Virajman as the contesting parties, not the RSS-VHP-BJP clan’s any idol. Ramlala Virajman was kept in a tarpaulin makeshift temple when the Babri Mosque was demolished on December 6, 1992. Under the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath Ramlala Virajman was shifted from tarpaulin to a new makeshift temple on March 25, 2020.
Darshan to Ramlalla Virajman is planned to be suspended to ensure security arrangements for three days from January 19, just for the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, who will be inaugurating and performing “Pran Pratishtha” to their own new idol. Is it consecration of desecration of the Ramlala Virajman? This question is surely to haunt the devout Hindu mind, especially the devotees of Ramlalla Virajman.
Nagar bhraman ceremony of the RSS-VHP-BJP clan’s new idol will not be a public event, but is planned as a simply a ritual, due to security reasons. Against the new Ramlala idol, the “appearance” of the idol of Ramlalla Virajman on the night of December 22-23, 1949 was a “divine” phenomenon, as it has been believed by large number of Hindus until now.
Ramlalla Virajman was “appeared” under the central dome of the Babri Mosque. Though many believed it to be a conspiracy, the incident had emotional impact on Hindus not only in Ayodhya but in the entire nation. An FIR registered against Sadhu Abhiram Das and others of Nirmohi Akhara mentioned that he placed the idol under the central dome of Babri Mosque with other idols. Ramlalla Virajman before his “appearance” within the Mosque was on a raised structure (chabutara).
Worship of Ramlalla Virajman started thereafter. The dispute of Ram Janmabhumi-Babri Mosque was brought into the courts. It was in 1989, Ramlalla Virajman became the chief litigant from the Hindu side in the title suit in the Supreme Court of India. The judgement of the Supreme Court of India came in 2019 which gave all the divine and legal rights to the Ramlalla Virajman, and hence HIS rights must be respected and there must not be any trespass through any stratagem, including installing new idol and reducing HIM to a secondary to the new one.
Supreme Court bench that delivered the judgement in favour of Ramlalla Virajman was led by the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, who was made a Rajya Sabha MP by the BJP after his retirement. The current Chief Justice DY Chandrachud was also one of the judges, and hence, it is expected that CJI knows that their judgement was for Ramlalla Virajman, not any other idol. When the entire country is able to see how Ramlalla Virajman’s divine and legal rights are being violated, it is being expected that CJI should take cognizance of the matter. Temple must be fully dedicated to Ramlalla Virajman, and desecration of the deity must be stopped which is being done in the name of consecration, and only for political gain. Whoever found to be conspiring against Ramlala Virajman, despite the Supreme Court judgement in HIS favour must be brought to book.
Merely placing a bigger idol of 51 inch, in place of the original 9 INCH IDOL that represents Ramlalla Virajman, does not make RSS-VHP-BJP’s Ramlala bigger than entire Hindu community’s Ramlalla Virajman, and it does not give any privilege to them to ignore and go against the Supreme Court Judgement and the Ramlalla Virajman’s divine and legal rights. Hundreds of Hindus and Muslims have lost their lives in the dispute, and only thereafter came the verdict in favour of Ramlalla Virajman, why should not everyone respect it, including our Prime Minister Narendra Modi who will not only be gracing the ceremony for usurpation of the rights of the deity, but inaugurating the Temple for new idol with its Pran Pratishtha.
CJI Chandrachud has recently been reported saying the bhagva jhanda (saffron flag) as unifying flag for the country. People of this country also know how bhagva politics have been played for decades on them, which is primarily led by RSS-VHP-BJP clan. It is therefore important for him in person, and the Supreme Court as the highest judicial body of the country, to look into to matter how the justice done in favour of Ramlala Virajman is being made to be injustice to HIM. CJI and the Supreme Court must not be seen as party favouring RSS-VHP-BJP’s bhagva politics, but they must ensure justice to Ramlala Virajman on the ground not only in the premises of the court.
