In the latest iteration of the ongoing Emirati memory project, Lest We Forget, Warehouse421 presents Emirati Adornment: Tangible & Intangible, an interactive exhibition that explores Emirati identity as conveyed through modes of adornment, both tangible through garments, jewellery, weapons and so on, and in its invisible aspects, such as the knowledge and skills to apply henna, kohl and fragrance, as well as grooming and hairstyles. Visitors are welcome to contribute memories, objects and reflections on Emirati adornment.
