The market operates Monday to Thursday from 15:00 until late, and from 12:00 midday during weekends, allowing visitors extended daytime and nighttime access. Entry remains free on a first-come, first-served basis, a policy that has historically contributed to crowd surges during peak periods. Security teams, traffic coordinators and event marshals are deployed around Fort Island and its access points to ensure safe movement, particularly during evenings and weekends when visitor numbers traditionally climb.
