Riyadh – Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has added Viastore, the leading smartphone and Apple products outlet chain, as a strategic partner to Neqaty Program as a step towards enhancing the portfolio of the program’s partners, which is considered as the best customer loyalty program in the region in terms of the added value provided, customer interaction and service development.
This addition is aimed at expanding the choices provided to the program’s subscribers. Its worth mentioning that Viastore is a leading retail chain for selling smartphones and its accessories, along with providing electronic maintenance services, and has 60 outlets across the Kingdom in Riyadh & Jeddah.
Mobily provides via its partnership with Viastore the possibility of collecting and redeeming points throughout its outlets across the Kingdom, where customers would receive one point for every 5.00 Saudi Riyals spent in Viastore outlets. Customers could also benefit from a cash discount if they have 4000 points or more. This is considered a huge development to our customers where they can now redeem points and collect them in cash without the need for the points redemption devices; thus customer can collect and redeem points directly by providing Mobily’s number at the cashier.
