Microsoft is bringing a couple more free games for Xbox Live Gold members as part of Games With Gold, fulfilling its promise of a total of four free titles for the month of December.

Burnout Paradise and Outlast join Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition as part of Microsoft’s Games With Gold lineup for December, taking over the place of Outland and Murdered: Soul Suspect, which have reached their expiration date.

Games With Gold

The lineup was first announced late last month, promising a total of four free titles for the month of December. Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition was put up for download at the beginning of month, and it will be available until the end of the year. Outlast and Burnout Paradise are the two new additions this month, lasting up to Jan. 15, 2017.

In Outlast, players assume the role of an investigative journalist trapped inside a mental asylum whose patients have been mangled and plagued by something insidious. It’s a terrifying survival game in that the character’s only main course of action is to run or hide from the inhabitants of the asylum.

In Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition, players roam Hong Kong as an undercover cop, high-octane and action-packed adventures in tow. The game boasts critically acclaimed combat, alongside a compelling story that depicts the city’s grit. The game comes loaded with all available DLC, providing countless hours of side quests and thrills.

Not to be missed is Burnout Paradise, in which players join DJ Atomika to race, jump, and smash through an open world called Paradise City. The original version was released in 2008 by Electronic Arts, and was hailed as an excellent title that upholds the legacy of Burnout entries.

These titles are all part of Microsoft’s Games With Gold scheme, where Xbox Live Gold members are gifted free titles to play twice a month.

Microsoft claims that a year’s subscription to Xbox Live Gold Games nets players up to $700 worth of titles. A year’s subscription to Xbox Live Gold costs $59.99 as a package, though users may choose a monthly subscription model at $9.99.

How To Download The Free Games

Xbox Live Gold members must sign in to their accounts to get the free titles being offered for this month. Keep in mind that Burnout Paradise, and all Xbox Games With Gold as of November 2015, are all playable on the Xbox One by virtue of backwards compatibility. Players may even stockpile the titles despite not having an Xbox One system. Upon purchase of the console, the titles will be ready to download.
