For some, fall is sweater season. For the more evolved among us, cool autumn weather makes this the time for serious sandwiches. Chicken, apples, & brie make great combo in a salad but imagine it all melted between two slabs of your favorite bread. Add a dark beer and uh, see you after your nap.
