Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed launches Twitter account

ABU DHABI // Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed, Deputy Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, began tweeting on his official account on Thursday evening.

“We are inspired by the late Sheikh Zayed’s most spectacular visions and farsightedness,” Sheikh Hazza said on Twitter, in one of two posts.

Sheikh Hazza had 11,000 followers about two hours after posting his first messages on the social-networking site.

His Twitter page can be found at twitter.com/HazzaBinZayed.

Sheikh Hazza is also Chairman of the Emirates Identity Authority and the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, in addition to honorary Chairman of the UAE Football Association, according to the website of the Abu Dhabi General Secretariat of the Executive Council.
