Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Youth for the United Arab Emirates (UAE), participated in an official ceremony commemorating the 25th anniversary of Kosovo’s liberation day on behalf of Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
