DUBAI // Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed, president of the UAE Gender Balance Council, and Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, have welcomed a baby boy.
Sheikha Manal shared a photo of her father, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, carrying the boy, Rashid, on Thursday.
Congratulatory messages flooded in from across social media with Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed saying “Congratulations on your new baby boy sis @mmbinrashid welcome to the word baby Rashid bin Mansoor. Love you both!!”
