Suntrust to Launch Casino Hotel by Late 2025

Suntrust Resort Holdings, under the umbrella of LET Group Holdings, has announced that its highly anticipated casino and hotel development in Manila’s Westside City is set to commence operations in the fourth quarter of 2025. This ambitious project, valued at $1.1 billion, is positioned to elevate the entertainment landscape of the Philippines, further solidifying the country’s reputation as a hub for luxury gaming and leisure.

Construction updates reveal significant progress, with structural works nearing completion. The sprawling property will feature 475 opulent hotel rooms and an expansive gaming floor boasting 281 tables, 1,126 slot machines, and 134 electronic table games. Amenities will include theaters, a grand opera house, a spa, a wellness center, and extensive spaces for meetings and events, catering to diverse clientele.

The project has partnered with IGT for a comprehensive casino management system, ensuring cutting-edge technological integration. IGT’s $5.3 million deal includes software for cashless gaming, property management, and data analytics, aimed at delivering an unparalleled experience for guests. Industry observers highlight the strategic importance of these advancements, particularly in competing with established resorts such as Okada Manila and Solaire Resort. LET Group expressed confidence in IGT’s proven expertise in markets like Macau, Australia, and Vietnam, emphasizing the system’s compliance with local regulatory standards.
