ABU DHABI // Winds will whip up dust and sand on Monday as rain falls in the northern and coastal areas of the country over the next two days.
The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology warned that dust will reduce visibility to less than 1km and cautioned of rough sea in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman.
Rain is expected over the coast, northern, eastern areas and islands on Monday and Tuesday.
Cloudy weather is likely to increase over the next few days, the centre said.
Temperatures will range from 20°C to 33°C along the coast, 13°C to 25°C in the mountains and 20°C to 37°C inland.
Humidity will peak between 70 to 90 per cent across coastal regions, 65 to 85 per cent in internal areas and 40 to 60 per cent in the mountains.
