Bahrain developer says 50% of Al Qamra plots sold on launch day

Developer Diyar Al Muharraq has announced that 50 percent of  Al Qamra freehold residential plots were sold on the launch day of the second and final phase of the project Bahrain.

The launch followed the successful sale of the first phase which witnessed “tremendous public response”.

The second phase of Al Qamra sees the launch of 54 freehold residential plots ranging from 300 to 550 square metres, catering to different housing needs.

The plots are located in the heart of Diyar Al Muharraq, within walking distance from Dragon City and the waterfront development Marassi Al Bahrain that features one of Diyar’s largest beaches.

Dr Maher Al Shaer, CEO, said: “Following the remarkable success witnessed with selling phase one of Al Qamra freehold residential plots in a short amount of time, we are pleased to have launched the second and final phase of the project for sale to investors.”

The project is part of the firm’s Diyar Al Muharraq scheme, which consists of seven islands stretching more than 10 sq m of land.

The islands are set to feature schools, medical centres, recreation facilities, shopping malls, hotels and marinas.
