Abu Dhabi, UAE – Emirates International Property Services (EIPS), a Bloom Holding subsidiary that offers a comprehensive range of competitive, customised facility management services, has adopted a simpler and more dynamic brand name – b.fm. The move is part of the company’s strategy to gear up for the next phase of growth and maintains its position as a leading full-service facility management provider.

EIPS through its new b.fm brand delivers end-to-end facility management solutions to diverse entities in the educational, residential, commercial, banking, sports, hospitality and retail sectors across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain. The company utilises advanced technology systems, policies and procedures to carry out preventive and reactive maintenance activities coordinated via its centralised 24 x7 call centre.

Building on the remarkable progress the company achieved over the past 18 months under its new management team, the revamped brand will focus on maximizing the clients’ asset value and exceeding their expectations.

Mohamad Abou Laban, General Manager of EIPS, said: “2016 was a fantastic year for us. We have gained a significant share in the facilities management market through successfully mobilising six projects in the banking, residential, industrial and retail sectors. In addition to restructuring our business to enhance the effectiveness of our operations, we have earned valuable ISO and BICSc certifications.”

He added: “Last year, we heavily invested in training our team members and will continue to do so in 2017 and beyond. Our staff strength increased from 350 in 2015 to 600 in 2016, registering 72 percent growth, whereas our yearly revenue surged by more than 30 percent compared to 2015. We attribute this growth to the outstanding relationships we have developed with all our clients as well as the dedication and hard work of our personnel – our biggest asset.

“We are committed to building on the momentum achieved in the past 18 months through adopting best-in-class practices across maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and security services to provide the ultimate customer experience.”

The portfolio of services offered through EIPS’ new b.fm brand encompasses both facilities management consultancy and facilities management operations. In the operations domain, the company successfully completed the mobilisation works for Al Ain Mall. The company won a three-year contract for providing hard facilities management services – HVAC, mechanical, electrical, civil and management of all specialised services.

Mr. Peter Newman, General Manager of Al Ain Mall said: “Al Ain Mall is looking forward to a positive relationship with EIPS over the coming years. We will work together to provide better services to our visitors by enhancing their experience and the general presentation of the Mall.’

Furthermore, in the consultancy sphere, the company completed two transition management commissions for Bloom Central and The View Tower in Abu Dhabi as well as working currently on FM design reviews for various projects such as Soho Square and Park View.

The company has received multiple international certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and License to Practice from The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc). It utilises state-of-the-art Computer-aided Facility Management (CAFM) system and FSI GO workforce mobility smartphone solution to enhance productivity and drive efficiency.
