Gulf Navigation Holding in the process of acquiring a huge maritime fleet

Consistent with its future plans and with the  support of its Board, Gulf Navigation Holding entered into a Strategic Contract with the Deloitte, Pursuant to this Contract the Company “Deloitte” will provide the necessary Advisory Support for the Gulf Navigation Holding on the Acquisition of a Huge Maritime Fleet.

HE Khamis Juma Buamim – Board Member, Managing Director and Group CEO – said “this is a Strategic Step toward the Company’s Goal to which we aspire to be the Reliably Arm in all circumstances in the United Arab Emirates and other countries in the region in the provision of comprehensive and distinguished Maritime Services,  High Quality in the Assets Management, Global Competition not only in the Petrochemical Shipping Services but in the other Maritime Shipping Sectors, Supporting of Maritime Operations, Vessels’ Services Global Competition not only in the Petrochemical Shipping Services but in the other Maritime Shipping Sectors, Supporting of Maritime Operations, Vessels’ Services and the Operations of Shipbuilding and Repair..

He also said, in case of the completion of this transaction, Gulf Navigation Holding will witness an unprecedented Expansion in its Maritime Fleet, Vessels’ Management Services and other Maritime Services to become a Comprehensive Station of Maritime Services from owning and operating vessels, Shipping of Various Goods, Support and Service of Maritime Vessels and Global Competition not only in the Petrochemical Shipping Services but in the other Maritime Shipping Sectors, Supporting of Maritime Operations, Vessels’ Services and the Operations of Shipbuilding and Repair.

HE Khamis Juma Buamim declined in mentioning any other details of this transaction until completion.
