Rubber World Industries to invest USD 2 million to further expand its factory in Ajman

The expansion will involve additional lines, new machineries, equipment and new laboratory for Research and Development

Rubber World Industries (RWI), the leading manufacturer of closed-cell rubber insulation ‘Gulf-O-flex’ in the Gulf and South East Asia and part of the international business conglomerate, the Shaikhani Group of Companies, announced that it is going to invest USD 2 million to further expand the current production facilities. This will involve additional production lines, new equipment and a new R&D laboratory.

This new expansion is expected to triple the manufacturer’s production capacity within Q1 2017 to address the surging prospects for the manufacturing sector. Rubber World Industries is eyeing expansion, opportunities, both domestically and overseas and to open new facilities to drive revenue growth, increase sales and products in existing markets. The expanded facility will also play a key role into thefurther expansion of the distribution channel in the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia.RWI will also introduce Glass Wool Thermal Insulation to its line of products. Glass Wool Thermal Insulation are thermal insulation in the form of boards and sheet rolls manufactured from stable glass fibres bonded with thermo setting resins, and free from coarse fibres and shot. This makes it easy to handle and cut to fit rectangular ducts and air handling equipment.

In addition to being the largest manufacturer of rubber insulation products, RWI has also earned an esteemed repute for its high-quality offerings, which have been identified as a brand with the best among top competitors from China, Germany and the rest of the world. Rubber World Industries will be showcasing thiscomplete range of their world renowned HVAC products including rubber insulation tubes and sheets, glue and seals, insulation tapes (foam tapes, PVC tape, Aluminium tape and Duct Tape), flexible ducts, anti-vibration pads, glass wool insulation and duct clothat their stand 2C71 at the upcoming edition of The Big 5 Dubai 2016 which will be held from the 21st – 24th November, 2016 at the Dubai World Center.

At present, the manufacturer holds 60 per cent share of the Middle East rubber insulation market and has recorded over AED 42 million in sales revenues in 2015. The company is also currently supplying 55 per cent of the region’s requirements for rubber insulation pipes and sheets, and other rubber-derived products.
