Bengal Congress chief Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Wednesday said that he “just heard a noise” and saw window pane of Rahul Gandhi’s car falling off. “How do we know who has done it? Police will look into the matter,” he added. His statement came minutes after reports claimed that rear window pane of Gandhi’s vehicle was smashed.
Sources are saying that the incident took place of the massive crowd in the area.
The attack took place in Malda’s Harischandrapur area as the yatra re-entered West Bengal from Bihar.
