UNB CEO wins The 2016 International Socrates Award in the Finance & Banking category

UNB CEO, Mr. Mohammad Nasr Abdeen won the prestigious International Socrates Award in the Finance & Banking category from the Europe Business Assembly in the United Kingdom.

The International Socrates Award consisting of a trophy, certificate and a medallion, was presented by the Europe Business Assembly at the Awards ceremony, which felicitated the best companies and personalities for their outstanding achievements in international relations, economy, politics, science and social life.

The awards were received on behalf of UNB by Mr. Sandeep Shivram, SVP & Head of Corporate Communications & Community Service, at the International Awards Socrates ceremony event held in Oxford London on 20th December 2016.

Through a careful selection process the International Socrates Committee picks the most deserving award recipients, and at the Socrates award ceremony honours their professional achievements and gives them international recognition for their success

Mr. Sandeep Shivram, SVP & Head of Corporate Communications & Community Service at UNB commented: “It is a great honor to receive the prestigious International Socrates award.
