Prominent UAE officials, including Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed and Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, attended the talks. This meeting followed Sheikh Mohamed’s visit to Cairo in April and El Sisi’s participation in the World Government Summit in Dubai earlier in the year, reflecting the reciprocal nature of the diplomatic efforts between the two countries.

The leaders also addressed pressing regional issues, with Sheikh Mohamed reiterating his call for unimpeded aid delivery to Gaza. The discussions underscored the need for intensified efforts to achieve a lasting ceasefire and international action to support the political process based on a two-state solution.

El Sisi hosted an Iftar in honor of Sheikh Mohamed’s visit, and later, Sheikh Mohamed was seen engaging with the public, taking selfies, and exchanging smiles, demonstrating the personal rapport between the leaders and the people.

This meeting marks another step in the UAE and Egypt’s efforts to strengthen their partnership, focusing on mutual goals and addressing regional challenges collaboratively. The talks are part of a broader strategy to enhance relations and ensure peace and stability in the Middle East.
