Bahrain’s leading telecommunications operator Batelco has announced its platium sponsorship for the upcoming Shreya Ghoshal Live in Concert event.

The major musical event will take place during the Eid Al Adha holiday on September 24 at the Indian School grounds, and is expected to attract a huge multicultural audience, said a statement.

Batelco annually supports a wide range of initiatives across a number of sectors including health, education, sports and social/cultural programmes such as this major musical event, it said.

A cheque presentation recently took place when members of the Shreya Ghoshal organising team visited Batelco headquarters.

Zainab Radhi, Batelco public relations co-ordinator, presented the cheque to event organiser representative Fazil Hameed in the presence of Batelco Corporate Affairs senior manager Osama Alsaad and Rami Productions event organisers Nidhi Menon and Raheem Athavanad, said the statement.

The entrance tickets are now on sale in several locations throughout Bahrain including at Batelco Retail Shops in Seef Mall Muharraq, Enma Mall and Hamad Town Souq Waqif branch and also BCC (Batelco Commercial Centre) in Manama, it added. – TradeArabia News Service
