Flynas, the leading low-cost airline in the Middle East, marked a new chapter in regional connectivity with the inauguration of its first direct flight between Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and El-Alamein International Airport on Egypt’s North Coast. This expansion adds the picturesque Mediterranean city to flynas’ growing roster of summer destinations, offering passengers a new option for their travel needs.

The inaugural ceremony, held on Wednesday, July 3rd, was a momentous occasion. Dignitaries from both flynas and King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) in Riyadh gathered to celebrate the outbound flight’s departure. After a smooth journey, the aircraft touched down at El-Alamein International Airport (DBB) at 5:30 PM, where another welcoming ceremony awaited, co-hosted by flynas representatives, DBB officials, and other stakeholders within the Egyptian tourism industry.

This new direct route aligns perfectly with flynas’ commitment to expanding its international network and catering to the evolving preferences of its passengers. The North Coast of Egypt, famed for its pristine beaches, vibrant coral reefs, and rich historical tapestry, has become a popular tourist destination, particularly during the summer months. With this direct connection, flynas is not only providing travelers with a more convenient and time-saving option but also making this idyllic region more accessible than ever before.

The addition of the Riyadh-El-Alamein route signifies flynas’ dedication to supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, a strategic framework aimed at diversifying the Saudi economy and positioning the country as a leading tourism hub. By bridging geographical distances and fostering cultural exchange, flynas plays a vital role in achieving these ambitious goals.

Passengers eager to experience the charm of El-Alamein can now book their flights directly through flynas’ various channels, including the airline’s website, mobile application, call center, or authorized travel agents. With this new route in operation, flynas is poised to further solidify its position as a leading low-cost carrier, offering exceptional value and an ever-expanding network of destinations for travelers across the region.
