Software AG appoints new vice president for UAE division

DUBAI, 8 hours, 45 minutes ago

Software AG, a leader in enterprise management software, has appointed Rami Kichli as its new vice-president for the firm’s UAE division.

Kichli will expand the company’s Middle Eastern business and reinforce the company’s position as the leading provider of digital business platform solutions through product innovation, strategic acquisitions, and a strong customer focus, said a company statement.

The new vice president for Software AG has occupied sales and managerial positions for various IT companies in the Middle East for around 20 years.

A frequent public speaker at industry events, Kichli has an outstanding track record of managing and developing software businesses. He worked for SAP prior to joining Software AG and has held executive posts at Exact Software. Kichli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the American University of Beirut, it said.

Kichli said: “With over four decades of leadership in enterprise IT solutions and a unique Digital Business Platform at the heart of the convergence of social, mobile, cloud, and big data, Software AG can help Middle Eastern businesses achieve the levels of efficiency and performance necessary to stay relevant within today’s highly competitive markets.”

“Through strategic improvements in business development, planning and execution, and channel and account management the company’s regional presence and reach can be improved further to leverage growth opportunities,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
