Diyar Al Muharraq Launches Second and Final phase of 'Al Qamra' Residential Plots

Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, proudly announces the launch of the second and final phase of “Al Qamra” freehold residential plots, following the successful sale of the first phase which witnessed tremendous public response to purchase plots due to the project’s flexibility in sizes that cater to the varying housing needs.

The company announced that its sales office at Diyar Al Muharraq has opened its doors to citizens and GCC and foreign investors both to get more information and detailed pricing on “Al Qamra” starting 8:00am until 4:00pm throughout the week, in addition to Diyar’s booth at City Centre, with actual sales of plots to follow in the weeks to come.

The second and final phase of ‘Al Qamra’ launched 54 freehold residential plots ranging from 300 to 550 square metres, catering to different housing needs. The plots are conveniently located in the heart of Diyar Al Muharraq, within walking distance from Dragon City and the waterfront development Marassi Al Bahrain that features one of Diyar’s largest beaches.
