UAE telco du has launched a data-only sim for heavy users who require internet on the go.
With up to 50GB for use on devices such as tablets, Mi-Fis, the new iPad and Car-Fis, the the new data sims are available on installment with zero upfront payment, according to du
Customers opting for the data sim plans can sign a 12-month contract with du and choose from a 3GB, 10GB and 50GB option for AED99, AED179 and AED379 respective monthly fee. du said existing customer can sign the 12 month option for a reduced rate of AED149 for 10GB and AED279 for 50GB per month.
To complement the launch of data sim, du is also introducing a wide choice of new non-handset devices, available on instalment with zero upfront payments.
“Data SIM provides du customers with the ultimate high speed connectivity anywhere in the UAE,” said Fahad Al Hassawi, chief commercial officer, du.
“Catering to our customer’s needs has always been our foremost priority and we want this mobile service to be accessible for all our du customers, no matter what package they are looking for.”
