Forum focus on strategic planning

The third edition of the Arab Gulf Forum for Strategic Planning will open in Bahrain on November 18, a report said.

Bahrain Society for Strategic Planning and ActSmart will co-organise the three-day symposium at Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea and Spa, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

Forum secretary general Dr Fahd Ibrahim Al Shehabi and Bahrain Society for Strategic Planning chairperson Dr Hala Sulaibeekh will address the opening session, along with the keynote speaker.

Speakers and sponsors will also be honoured.

Dr Al Shehabi urged those interested to register online at actsmartpr.com.

Former Shura Council member Dr Fahd Al Arabi Al Harthi, London-based editor-in-chief Abdul Aziz Al Khamis, Gulf Centre for Strategic Studies president Dr Omar Al Hassan and other keynote speakers will address the second session.

On the third day, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry chief executive Nabeel Abdulrahman Al Mahmoud, economic expert Dr Ahmed Al Yoshai and Bahrain Economist Society chairman Dr Jaafer Al Sayegh will address the sessions among other keynote speakers. – TradeArabia News Service
