ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Senator Agha Shehbaz Durrani Wednesday said the court would give decision on Panama Papers according to the constitution and law.
Talking to PTV, he said the verdict would be based on evidences and arguments given there.
He said the name of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was not mentioned in Panama Papers but he presented himself and his family for accountability on Panama allegations.
Shehbaz Durrani said Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf chief Imran Khan and his companions should also present themselves for accountability as they were also holding off-shore companies.
“We should show trust and patience and wait for court’s decision on Panama Papers case, ” he said.
The Senator said opposition parties were commenting on Panama issue in a way to influence the judiciary regarding the decision.—APP
