Dubai-based chartered accountants firm Sangani and Company has joined Kudos International Network as a full member auditing and accounting firm, the company announced.
Kudos International Network is an international accounting and auditing network and member of Forum of Firms.
Forum of Firms is an association of international networks of accounting firms performing audits of financial statements used across borders. The Forum’s objective is to promote consistent and high-quality standards of financial reporting and auditing practices worldwide.
The Forum’s membership obligations require that members:
- Maintain appropriate quality control standards in accordance with International Standards on Quality Control issued by the IAASB in addition to relevant national quality control standards
- Conduct regular globally coordinated internal quality control assurance reviews.
- Have policies and methodologies for conduct of transnational audits based on ISAs.
- Have policies and methodologies which confirm to the IESBA Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants and national code of ethics.
Sangani and Company was established in Dubai in 1984 and has branches in Sharjah and Sharjah Airport International Free Zone.
