Ajman, UAE – Reiterating their commitment towards providing seamless consumer experiences ranging from state-of-art pipeline and water treatment solutions to facilitating remote interactions with its customers, Ajman Sewerage Private Company Limited (ASPCL) announced strong growth in user-base for its brand new Mobile Application and E-Payment website that was launched mid-October last year.

This free application has been made available on every connected computer or iOS/Android smartphone, and allows Ajman Sewerage’s customers to make their transactions remotely. The tools have been designed to view and pay invoices instantly and have also proved helpful with ancillary services ranging from submitting and tracking requests, reporting issues like water leakages, to being informed about the company’s latest news. These tools have mapped an encouraging consumer profile with tech-savvy users who value convenience, time and prefer gaining multiple benefits that have been made available at a click.

Speaking about the app’s and E-payment gateway’s success, Mr. Christophe Ledur, General Manager said, “Ajman Sewerage’s vision is inspired by the directives of its Chairman His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi to ensure the convenience of the population of Ajman in accessing most of our services remotely. These smart tools play an important part in achieving this goal. This reflects Ajman Sewerage’s commitment to use technology to further increase the efficiency of its services for the ultimate benefit of Ajman’s Citizens.”

These tools are devoid of any forced social logins, intrusive ads, privacy concerns and complex registrations. The authentication and process is application specific and never asks the user for any social or third party logins. At the time of registration, the Ajman Sewerage app only requires basic user details like Ajman Sewerage’s Account ID and the user’s email. It also supports users to log in as a guest. Confirming data privacy and login security, all details shared by the users are protected and used solely for the application purpose. The company confirmed that such details are never shared publicly for any third party purposes.

Both tools are regularly updated on both Apple and Google stores with the latest update being optimization of payment which allows users to streamline their payments in a secure and timely fashion.

These two platforms also complement other channels that Ajman Sewerage already has in place such as the payment kiosks spread over strategic commercial centres in the UAE and through partnerships with UAE Exchange, Al Ansari Exchange, Ajman Bank and Dubai Islamic Bank among others.
