I had been working at the same job for 8 years and just been awarded Instructor of the Quarter. The manager came into a class that we had all just attended to hand out the completion certificates (he was told that he had to show more interest in his employees). I was visibly ticked when he couldn’t pronounce my last name. There were only 40 of us in his department.
