DUBAI // A fire erupted at a construction site behind the Dubai Autodrome on Saturday morning.
The fire broke out in a populated area with two-story caravans, worker residences, offices and building materials storage, a Dubai Civil Defence spokesman said.
No injuries were reported.
The blaze was reported at 10.25am and civil defence had it under control by 12.04pm, the spokesman said.
Three fire stations took part in extinguishing the fire: Al Barsha, Al Rashidiya and Al Shuhada, each sending a fire engine.
