Developer BioWare’s last release was Dragon Age: Inquisition and the title succeeded in satisfying most fans of the Dragon Age series.
The company is well known for making role playing games which are not only entertaining, but also tend to create some very well drawn out characters.
The developer’s next game Mass Effect: Andromeda is slated to be released in the U.S. on March 21 while a multiplayer beta of the game could launch before the official release. The company has now announced the system requirements for PC gamers, which would be needed to run the upcoming game.
System Requirements For Mass Effect: Andromeda
It must be stated that BioWare’s Frostbite 3 Engine on which the game will run, manages to produce beautiful graphics even with limited resources.
The minimum specs requirement for the game include 8 GB of RAM and Nvidia GTX 660 or the AMD Radeon 7850, both of which are just 2 GB. As for the processor, the minimum requirement is a Core i5 3570.
The recommended specs are a little more demanding though. The listing states that to run the game on the highest settings on the PC, one would need at least 16 GB of RAM paired with an Nvidia GTX 1060 3 GB or alternately, an AMD RX 480 4 GB video card. The Core i7 4790 is listed as the recommended processor to run the game.
Apart from these, the game will also need at least 55 GB free hard disk space to be installed along with DirectX 11. Mass Effect: Andromeda can be installed in the 64-bit version of Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

The latest installment in the Mass Effect series is Mass Effect: Andromeda. In the latest installment, BioWare will move away from Commander Shepard’s story line which was the primary focus of the first three games in the series. Instead, players will take control of either Sara or Scott Ryder depending on the gender which the gamer chooses to play as.
“This is the story of humanity’s next chapter, and your choices throughout the game will ultimately determine our survival in the Andromeda Galaxy,” teases the Origin page of Mass Effect: Andromeda.
Fans of the series have questioned whether this game can create the same effect and level of character detail that the previous games had succeeded in building. However, they will have to wait to find out.
For now though, you can check out the specs of the game. If your system can run it, then you can preorder the game.
