The capsule will be showcased at Safiya Park Walk, in Masfout, and at the Flag Park.

It will be transferred to the Ajman Museum on December 3 to be placed underground for five years after which it will be opened to coincide with the golden jubilee celebrations of the UAE.

Faisal Al Nuaimi, ATDD’s general manager, said: “The time capsule is a chance to look further at the future and monitor the development and modernisation movement, and thus a chance to deliver it to the people after a period to compare the difference in social life.”
