Available in Six Expressive Colorways, HYTE’s Latest PC Case Delivers a Perfect Balance of Form and Function Through its Disciplined Multi-Dimensional Design Complete with Accessible Pricing

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES – Media OutReach Newswire – 19 December 2025 – HYTE, a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge PC components and peripherals, is excited to announce that its highly anticipated X50 and X50 Air Modern Performance Cases are now available. Following its successful Computex 2025 debut, the X50 cases are meticulously designed PC chassis that are engineered with premium materials and finishes that allow for incredible durability, while maintaining a builder-friendly experience with its tool-less panels, integrated cable management solutions, and future-proof component compatibility.

HYTE'S X50 AND X50 AIR MODERN PERFORMANCE CASES
HYTE’S X50 AND X50 AIR MODERN PERFORMANCE CASES

HYTE’s new X50 and X50 Air cases redefine traditional PC chassis design, as both cases feature a fully rounded design with several built-in performance optimizations. These include a Full-Coverage Micro-Mesh front panel for low-pressure and low-resistance air intake, HYTE’s patent-pending Louvered Blade Ventilation on the back of the case which reduces exhaust impedance while reinforcing case rigidity, and a structural top-mounted PSU canopy that lets the PSU act as an exhaust fan while opening up hassle-free cable management. Both the X50 and X50 Air feature massive 360mm radiator support on the front and side of the case, with a total capacity of up-to-10 fans, including up to 3x 120mm extra-thick fans on the case’s bottom for cold-floor cooling that keeps any GPU comfortably cool.

Other key features of the X50 and X50 Air Modern Performance Cases include:

  • Premium Build Materials – Both cases use 1mm-thick steel that improves chassis strength and durability. Manufactured with Automotive-Grade Tooling, the X50 has 4x tighter tolerances than other PC cases, which allows HYTE to achieve the X50’s rounded compounded curves
  • Superior Build Experiences – The X50 and X50 Air’s rounded design contributes to the ease of any build without being harsh on a builder’s hands. Its tool-less front and side panels, covertly routed cable-routing channels, and spacious interiors lets anyone build in the X50 with no obstructions.
  • Distinct Aesthetic Options – The X50 comes with a sweeping curved 4mm-thick laminated acoustic glass for maximum visibility and passive noise dampening. The X50 Air swaps the glass panel with a curved Full-Coverage Micro-Mesh panel that enhances the case’s airflow capabilities. While the X50 Air only comes in Snow White and Pitch Black, the standard X50 will be available in Snow White, Pitch Black, Wild Cherry, Taro Milk, Strawberry Milk, and Matcha Milk colorways.

The United Arab Emirates has consolidated its standing in 2025 as one of the world’s fastest-growing economies, underpinned by a surge in non-oil activity, sustained investment inflows and a regulatory framework designed to attract capital and talent. Data released through the year point to broad-based expansion across trade, manufacturing, logistics, tourism, finance and technology, reinforcing a shift away from hydrocarbons as the primary engine of growth.

Non-oil foreign trade climbed 24.5 per cent in the first half of 2025 to AED1.7 trillion, a pace that far exceeds the prevailing global trade growth rate. The increase reflects rising re-exports, stronger demand from Asia, Europe and Africa, and the UAE’s role as a commercial bridge linking major markets. Officials have highlighted gains in machinery, electronics, precious metals, food products and pharmaceuticals, supported by expanded port capacity, faster customs procedures and new trade agreements.

Investment indicators have moved in tandem with trade. The UN Conference on Trade and Development’s World Investment Report 2025 ranked the UAE 10th globally for inbound foreign direct investment in 2024, with inflows of AED167.6 billion. That placing keeps the country among the world’s most attractive destinations for capital, alongside much larger economies, and underscores confidence in the policy environment, infrastructure and legal protections available to investors.

Economic planners attribute the momentum to a combination of structural reforms and targeted incentives. Liberalised ownership rules, long-term residency options for professionals and entrepreneurs, and streamlined licensing have lowered barriers for international firms. Specialised free zones continue to draw companies in logistics, clean energy, advanced manufacturing, fintech and digital services, while onshore jurisdictions have simplified company formation and compliance.

Non-oil GDP growth has been supported by strong domestic demand and an expanding population of skilled workers. Tourism has posted record levels of hotel occupancy and visitor spending, aided by expanded air connectivity and major events that have kept demand resilient across seasons. Retail and hospitality have benefited from rising consumer confidence, while real estate transactions have remained active across residential, commercial and industrial segments.

Manufacturing has emerged as a key contributor, with investments flowing into metals, food processing, pharmaceuticals and building materials. The push to localise supply chains and boost exports has been reinforced by incentives for advanced manufacturing and the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence. Renewable energy and clean technology projects have also attracted capital, aligning economic growth with climate commitments.

The financial sector has played a central role in channelling investment. Banks have reported healthy credit growth to businesses, while capital markets have seen new listings and debt issuance that broaden funding options. Asset managers and private equity firms have expanded regional operations, using the UAE as a base for Middle East, Africa and South Asia strategies. Regulatory clarity in digital assets and fintech has further widened the investor base.

Trade policy has complemented domestic reforms. Comprehensive economic partnership agreements have reduced tariffs and opened access to fast-growing markets, supporting exporters and logistics providers. Improved customs digitisation has shortened clearance times, enhancing the country’s competitiveness as a trans-shipment hub. The scale of non-oil trade growth indicates that these measures are translating into higher volumes rather than merely price effects.

Ken Lee, CEO for Asia Pacific, DHL Express, said, “Finding the right talent is more critical than ever, particularly in today’s volatile environment, where we need to balance the demands of a changing workforce with business priorities. Offering our people pathways to growth also makes us a Great Place to Work, which is why I am proud to see two crucial roles within the region taken up by Chee Choong and Samuel, both with extensive experience in the business.

Chee Choong’s experience in operations and country leadership, combined with his strong focus on people development, makes him the ideal choice to lead our HR strategy. At the same time, Samuel’s track record proves that he will further strengthen our position in Taiwan, a market that is vital to our regional network and global trade.”

Chee Choong Ng is Asia Pacific’s new HR head

Previously the Managing Director for Taiwan, Chee Choong, takes over the Asia Pacific region’s HR portfolio from Mateen Thiruselvaam, who has retired after many years of dedication at DHL Express. Chee Choong brings over two decades of experience within DHL Group and the logistics industry. He first joined DHL in 2004, holding various operational roles before becoming Hong Kong’s Vice President for Operations in 2017. In the last few years, he was tasked to lead Hong Kong and Taiwan, respectively, in 2020 and 2024, where he achieved a record employee engagement rate, and improvements in customer satisfaction and operational excellence levels.

In his new role, Chee Choong will lead strategic initiatives to position DHL Express as the employer of choice in a rapidly evolving workplace landscape. With emerging technologies, changing labor patterns and segment sizes shaping the future of work, Chee Choong’s achievements in people development and engagement will be instrumental in driving HR transformation across the region.

Chee Choong Ng said, “I am honored to take on this role at such a pivotal time. The workplace is undergoing profound changes. We need to remain close to our employees to ensure their needs are met. I look forward to aligning our people strategy and creating an environment where our people can thrive, innovate, and feel valued so that we can better support business goals.”

Samuel Lee as new leader for DHL Express Taiwan

Following Chee Choong’s move, Samuel Lee will take over the role of Managing Director for DHL Express in Taiwan. He has been a seasoned DHL Express leader since 1998. He has an impressive career spanning Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, where he played a key role in building and expanding DHL’s strategic hubs in those territories. He was most recently the General Manager of the Central Asia Hub in Hong Kong, achieving record-breaking performance, exceptional employee engagement scores, and the seamless completion of a EUR376 million expansion project in 2023.

Taiwan’s robust technology sector, thriving e-commerce industry, and strong export-oriented economy make it a critical market for DHL Express. Samuel’s deep operational expertise and years of leadership will ensure DHL continues to deliver world-class service and support the growth of businesses in this dynamic market.

Samuel Lee said, “Taiwan is a vibrant market with immense potential, and it holds a unique position in global trade, particularly as a hub for technology and innovation. The team has established a remarkable reputation in Taiwan, and I am proud to be working alongside them. Our focus remains on delivering exceptional service and creating new opportunities for growth to better enhance Taiwan’s role in global supply chains.”

Asia Pacific continues to grow as a powerhouse in global trade, driven by strong manufacturing bases, booming e-commerce, and rapid digitalization. These leadership appointments reaffirm DHL Express’s commitment to delivering excellence and enabling businesses to connect seamlessly across borders.

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – Media OutReach Newswire – 17 December 2025 – The SME100 Awards has become one of the most trusted and influential platforms for high growth Malaysian enterprises, recognised for its rigorous evaluation standards and its role in identifying the country’s most promising businesses. Over the years, the programme has evolved into more than an award. It has become a springboard for SMEs seeking credibility, visibility and a supportive ecosystem in an increasingly volatile business landscape.

That landscape has grown more challenging than ever. Malaysian SMEs are operating in a climate defined by rising costs, talent shortages, complex regulatory requirements and tightening cash flow. Inflation continues to push operational expenses upward, while difficulties in hiring and retaining skilled talent have slowed growth for many. These pressures have created a harsh reality. Companies that lack adaptability risk losing market share, while those that act decisively are discovering opportunities in places previously overlooked.

Despite these obstacles, the SME sector has demonstrated a remarkable ability to rebound. Recent data shows that SME GDP grew by 11.6 percent, surpassing the national average and signalling that transformation, not stability, is driving growth. Many businesses have embraced digital tools, streamlined operations and explored new revenue pathways. The divide between surviving and thriving is becoming clearer, and it is defined by mindset, capability and speed.

In this environment, the SME100 Awards serves as a crucial platform for SMEs to strengthen their position. The programme provides a structured pathway for benchmarking performance, accessing regional networks and gaining recognition that matters to customers, partners and investors. By combining quantitative financial indicators with qualitative assessments and a full interview process, SME100 identifies companies that are not only resilient, but ready for the next phase of growth. For winners, the programme offers visibility, connection to a strong ASEAN SME community and access to continuous learning and collaboration opportunities.

Datuk William Ng, National President of SAMENTA, underscored the importance of this support. He said, “Malaysian SMEs are confronting some of the toughest market realities in decades. Yet the most progressive among them are proving that adversity can be a turning point. The SME100 Awards highlight these companies not simply for their achievements, but for the mindset they represent. They show the entire SME sector what is possible when we combine innovation, discipline and the willingness to change.”

The SME100 programme is further strengthened by the involvement of key industry partners. CTOS serves as the official credit reporting partner, Baker Tilly Malaysia as the official auditor and CGC Digital as the gold sponsor. Together, they enhance the transparency, credibility and relevance of the awards while reinforcing the broader ecosystem that supports SME growth.

EcoFlow Technology Inc is preparing to file for an initial public offering in the United States that could make the Shenzhen-headquartered portable power specialist one of the most high-profile mainland technology firms to seek equity funding on American exchanges, according to people familiar with the matter. The company is working with financial advisers and is exploring a share sale that could raise several hundred million dollars, signalling growing investor appetite for clean energy and battery technology stocks despite volatility in global markets.

The draft IPO plan represents a strategic pivot for EcoFlow as it seeks broader capital access and enhanced global recognition. Backed by HSG, the firm formerly known as Sequoia Capital China, EcoFlow has grown rapidly by tapping into surging demand for portable and home battery solutions used for outdoor recreation, emergency backup and renewable energy integration. Market participants suggest that the public listing could value the company at billions of dollars, though final pricing and timing remain under consideration.

EcoFlow’s potential move to a US exchange underscores the increasingly international ambitions of Chinese technology manufacturers. While many domestic companies opt to list on local boards such as Shanghai’s STAR Market or Shenzhen’s ChiNext, EcoFlow’s planned New York or Nasdaq debut highlights a shift among select innovators seeking to capitalise on deeper liquidity and global investor bases. Industry analysts note that the IPO could open doors for other clean energy and hardware enterprises from Asia if executed successfully.

Founded in 2017 by former engineers from the drone industry, EcoFlow has established itself as a leading global supplier of portable power stations and energy storage systems. Its product lines include the DELTA and RIVER series, which have gained traction among consumers and businesses looking to reduce reliance on fossil fuel generators. The company’s expansion has also been punctuated by new product launches and partnerships in major retail chains, broadening its footprint in the United States and Europe.

Industry observers say EcoFlow’s performance in the US market will be closely watched by investors assessing the health of hardware-oriented technology firms amidst broader economic uncertainty. Portable power and battery technology have seen increasing interest as climate change concerns boost demand for resilient and sustainable energy solutions. Analysts point to strong year-on-year sales growth through online and in-store channels, including collaborations with national warehouse clubs, as evidence of the company’s commercial momentum.

The proposed IPO is expected to involve at least $300 million in primary share sales, though people familiar with the discussions caution that the figure could shift based on market conditions and investor feedback. An offering of this scale would position EcoFlow alongside a select group of cleantech and energy storage names that have reached public market debuts in recent years. Executives and bankers are said to be conducting roadshows and investor engagements to gauge demand and refine the company’s messaging ahead of filing.

Financial advisers engaged by EcoFlow are reportedly preparing registration statements and compliance documentation required by US regulators. This process typically involves scrutiny of business models, revenue figures and risk factors, and the company will need to articulate its strategy for scaling production, managing supply chains and navigating potential geopolitical tensions affecting Chinese-linked firms listed abroad. If cleared by regulators, the IPO could take place in the first half of next year, subject to market receptivity and pricing dynamics.

Investors familiar with EcoFlow’s trajectory describe the company’s leadership as focused on diversifying revenue streams through both consumer-facing products and partnerships with enterprise clients. The product portfolio emphasises modular and scalable energy solutions that can serve residential, commercial and recreational needs. Market research suggests that consumer interest in backup power and off-grid energy has been buoyed by extreme weather events and grid reliability concerns in developed markets, further enhancing appetite for resilient technologies.

Critics caution that hardware companies face challenges maintaining margins and growth rates as competition intensifies and component costs fluctuate. They note that EcoFlow will need to demonstrate sustained profitability and efficient supply-chain management to satisfy public investors, particularly in an environment where tech valuations are more scrutinised than in prior years. Effective communication of long-term strategy and risk mitigation will be key to fostering confidence among institutional and retail shareholders.

Foxconn will invest $173 million to build a consumer electronics manufacturing facility in Louisville, Kentucky, creating 180 jobs and marking another step in the contract manufacturer’s effort to expand its United States footprint as companies seek to rebalance global supply chains.

The facility, scheduled to begin operations in the third quarter of 2026, will focus on injection moulding, tooling and the production of key components used in consumer electronics. Company executives said the plant would support domestic manufacturing demand and align with a broader push by technology firms and policymakers to strengthen industrial capacity within the US.

State and local officials confirmed that the project has received approvals tied to job creation and capital investment benchmarks. Kentucky’s economic development authorities described the investment as part of a strategy to attract advanced manufacturing and reduce exposure to overseas supply disruptions that became evident during the pandemic and amid geopolitical frictions affecting global trade.

Foxconn, formally known as Hon Hai Precision Industry, is the world’s largest electronics contract manufacturer and a critical supplier to several major technology brands. While the company is best known for its vast manufacturing operations in China, it has been diversifying production across regions including Southeast Asia, Latin America and North America. The Kentucky plant adds to that network but on a scale that contrasts with earlier, more ambitious US plans.

The new facility is expected to employ engineers, technicians and production workers, with roles centred on high-precision manufacturing rather than large-scale assembly. Injection moulding and tooling are considered foundational processes in electronics production, supplying parts used across a range of devices. Industry analysts note that locating these processes closer to end markets can shorten lead times and reduce logistics costs, even if final assembly remains globally distributed.

Foxconn executives have framed the project as a “Made in America” initiative designed to support customers seeking domestic sourcing options. Several technology companies have been under pressure from governments and consumers to demonstrate resilience and transparency in their supply chains, particularly for components linked to critical infrastructure or sensitive technologies.

The Kentucky investment comes against the backdrop of Foxconn’s mixed history in the US. The company’s high-profile Wisconsin project announced in 2017 promised tens of thousands of jobs and billions in investment but was later scaled back significantly, leading to criticism from local communities and policymakers. That experience has made state governments more cautious, with incentives increasingly tied to verifiable outcomes rather than headline commitments.

In Kentucky, officials emphasised that the Foxconn deal is structured around realistic employment numbers and phased investment. The projected 180 jobs are modest by the standards of traditional manufacturing plants, but they reflect the capital-intensive and automated nature of modern electronics production. Wages are expected to be above the regional manufacturing average, according to preliminary workforce plans shared with state authorities.

For Foxconn, the move aligns with a broader recalibration of its global strategy. Rising labour costs in China, trade restrictions affecting technology exports, and growing scrutiny of cross-border dependencies have pushed manufacturers to adopt a “China plus one” or even “plus many” approach. The US has also introduced incentives aimed at encouraging domestic manufacturing, particularly in semiconductors and advanced electronics, although Foxconn’s Kentucky plant does not fall directly under federal chip subsidy programmes.

Supply chain experts say the investment reflects a pragmatic approach rather than a wholesale shift. Building a specialised plant focused on components allows Foxconn to serve US customers without replicating the scale of its Asian campuses. It also limits financial exposure while testing the economics of domestic production in a high-cost environment.

Local economic impact assessments suggest the project will have secondary benefits for suppliers, logistics firms and technical training providers in the Louisville area. Community colleges and workforce agencies have begun discussions with the company on skills development, particularly in precision tooling and materials processing.

Cognizant has opened a new AI Lab and a Moment Studio in Bengaluru, signalling a deeper push into enterprise-focused artificial intelligence, multi-agent systems and immersive digital experiences as global clients accelerate adoption of advanced automation and data-driven platforms.

The facilities, located in the city’s technology corridor, are designed to function as integrated hubs where research, product engineering and client co-creation converge. Cognizant said the AI Lab will concentrate on applied research across generative AI, multi-agent architectures, responsible AI frameworks and industry-specific models, while the Moment Studio will focus on experience-led design, blending AI with data, cloud and interactive technologies to help enterprises modernise customer and employee journeys.

Bengaluru’s selection reflects its role as Cognizant’s largest delivery base worldwide and a centre for digital engineering talent. The company employs tens of thousands of professionals across the city, spanning cloud, analytics, cybersecurity and software engineering. Senior executives have described the new facilities as a strategic investment aimed at shortening the distance between innovation and deployment at a time when clients are moving from pilots to scaled AI implementation.

The AI Lab is expected to work on multi-agent systems that allow autonomous software agents to collaborate, negotiate tasks and adapt to changing business conditions. Such systems are increasingly viewed as a step beyond single-model generative AI, particularly for complex enterprise workflows such as supply chain optimisation, financial operations, software testing and IT service management. Cognizant engineers will also focus on building governance layers to address transparency, bias mitigation, data lineage and regulatory compliance, areas that have become central to enterprise adoption.

Alongside this, the Moment Studio will act as a client-facing environment where design teams, data scientists and engineers jointly prototype digital products. The studio model, which Cognizant has rolled out in several global locations, emphasises rapid experimentation, user-centric design and measurable business outcomes. In Bengaluru, the studio will place particular emphasis on AI-driven personalisation, intelligent interfaces, extended reality and data visualisation for sectors such as banking, healthcare, manufacturing and retail.

Company leadership has framed the expansion as part of a broader shift in client demand. Enterprises are no longer seeking isolated AI tools but integrated platforms that can be embedded into core operations with clear accountability. That shift has placed pressure on technology services firms to combine research capability with delivery scale and domain knowledge, areas where Bengaluru’s ecosystem offers advantages.

The move also aligns with Cognizant’s wider strategy to reposition itself as an AI-first services company. Over the past two years, the firm has increased investment in generative AI platforms, partnered with major cloud providers and integrated AI capabilities into its consulting and engineering offerings. The Bengaluru AI Lab is expected to collaborate closely with Cognizant’s global research teams and with academic institutions and startups in the region, although the company has not disclosed specific partnerships tied to the launch.

Industry analysts note that the emphasis on responsible AI is particularly significant. As enterprises deploy AI across regulated environments, scrutiny from boards, regulators and customers has intensified. Embedding governance, auditability and ethical safeguards at the design stage is increasingly seen as a differentiator rather than an optional feature. Cognizant’s decision to anchor this work in a dedicated lab suggests an attempt to institutionalise these practices across its delivery network.

The expansion also underscores the competitive dynamics among global technology services firms operating in Bengaluru. Peers have been scaling AI centres of excellence, experience studios and innovation labs in the city, seeking proximity to talent and clients while managing costs. For Cognizant, the dual-facility model aims to bridge the gap between conceptual innovation and real-world deployment, a gap that has slowed returns on AI investment for many organisations.
